Welcome to the Modern Seaside Villa, an exquisite example of contemporary architecture nestled within a serene, wooded landscape and a splended view to the Baltic Sea. Designed by our innovative team at Diana Vene Architects OÜ, this project embodies a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and natural tranquility. The villa comprises of a main residence and a detached summer kitchen with an indoor loungue area, offering an ideal balance between privacy and communal spaces, perfect for family living and hosting guests.
Our design philosophy for the Modern Seaside Villa was to create a space that seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings while providing a luxurious, modern living experience. We aimed to maximize the connection between the indoor and outdoor environments, utilizing large windows, open floor plans, and natural materials to bring the beauty of the outdoors into every room.
Main Residence: The primary structure of the retreat is a two-story modern home characterized by clean lines, expansive glass surfaces, and minimalist aesthetics. The exterior is clad in warm-toned panels, which complement the natural surroundings and create a cohesive look throughout the property.
Outdoor kitchen and loungue area: Situated a short distance from the main house, the pavilion offers a private and cozy retreat for visitors. Mirroring the design of the main residence, it features large windows and a similar material palette, ensuring a unified architectural language across the property.
Interior Spaces: The interior of the main residence is designed with an open-concept layout, fostering a sense of spaciousness and fluidity. High ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interior with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The use of neutral tones and natural materials, such as wood and stone, enhances the connection to the outdoor environment.
Outdoor Integration: Both structures are strategically positioned to offer stunning views of the surrounding forest and the sea, with direct access to outdoor living spaces, including terraces and landscaped gardens. The extensive use of glass in the design not only provides breathtaking views but also ensures that natural light permeates the living spaces, reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day.
